1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tajbet website at tajbet.pro (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tajbet (the "Company", "we", "us", "our").

2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and hold a tajbet account. By completing registration, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. tajbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
2.2 Eligible Players

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one tajbet account at any time. 2.5 Account Credentials

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

- Rocket: minimum ৳200 per transaction, maximum ৳30,000 per transaction

Deposits are generally credited to your tajbet account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. tajbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks, banking system outages, or mobile network failures.
3.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tajbet reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts correspond to the minimum deposit thresholds for each method. Processing times are typically within 1–24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and 1–5 business days for card methods.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
tajbet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts where such activity is suspected. Players must not use tajbet as a vehicle for transferring funds without genuine gaming activity. Deposits made without corresponding gameplay may be flagged and investigated.
3.5 Returned Deposits
If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify tajbet immediately and must not use those funds for betting. tajbet reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited amount without prior notice.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Rules
tajbet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including during BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. These Terms apply to all promotions in conjunction with any promotion-specific conditions.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be bet twenty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and timeframes are specified per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
4.3 Abuse of Bonuses
tajbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from those bonuses if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using third-party software to exploit promotional offers. Players found to have abused bonuses may have their accounts suspended.
4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
tajbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and met qualifying conditions will not be disadvantaged, and their existing bonus balances will be honoured subject to the stated wagering requirements.
5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on tajbet are subject to our acceptance. tajbet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, bets placed using erroneous odds, or bets that exceed permitted stake limits. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform.
5.2 Errors and System Faults
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or incorrect pricing, tajbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. tajbet shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from system downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party software failures. Players are advised to screenshot confirmed bets for their own records.
5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
Cricket betting on tajbet covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other international tournaments. Match results are determined by the official governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the official governing body, tajbet's cricket betting rules for that event will be applied as specified in the individual event's terms.
5.4 Casino Game Integrity
All casino games available on tajbet — including live dealer games, slots, and arcade games — are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers maintain independent certification for random number generation and fair play. tajbet does not manipulate game outcomes. 5.5 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tajbet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tajbet's negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10 Amendments, Termination & Governing Law
10.1 Amendments
tajbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via a notice on the Platform or by email where contact details are available. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current effective version of these Terms is always available on this page.
10.2 Account Termination
Either party may close a tajbet account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. tajbet may suspend or terminate accounts without notice where a breach of these Terms is identified.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
10.4 Entire Agreement
